Subject to these stipulations, you have the option to return your KAREN GEE RTW garments, and in turn, receive a credit note valid for 1 year. It is imperative to note that refunds will only be considered if the goods are determined to be faulty.

To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to our concierge at concierge@karengee.com or start return process using our RETURN PORTAL. Upon contact, we will furnish you with a complimentary postage label. Upon the successful receipt of your return, we will promptly initiate a credit note to your account.

For exchanges related to size adjustments or changes of preference, you may opt to return the item, facilitating a credit that empowers you to make a distinct purchase for your desired item.

All returns necessitate proof of purchase for validation.

To qualify for a return, the items must adhere to the following conditions:

• They must maintain their original condition, inclusive of all tags, and should not have been worn, altered, or laundered.
• Clothing items featuring a tag proclaiming "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned" are categorically non-returnable once the tag is detached.

Kindly ensure the return encompasses all packaging elements.

In the event that a garment is acquired using a credit note, Karen Gee RTW reserves the prerogative to decline the return of said garment.
