Ready-To-Wear Returns
Karen Gee does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Eligible Ready-To-Wear items may be returned for a credit note valid for 12 months or exchanged for an alternative size or style, subject to the conditions below. Credit notes are issued once returned items are received and approved.
To initiate a return for a credit note or exchange, please contact our concierge at warehouse@karengee.com or submit a request via our Returns Portal. A complimentary return postage label will be provided.
All returns must include proof of purchase.
Returned items must:

Be in original condition with all tags attached

Not have been worn, altered, or laundered

Include all original packaging

Be returned within 28 days of purchase
Garments with a label stating “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned” are non-returnable once the tag has been removed.
Items purchased using a credit note are not eligible for return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your garment is faulty or was received damaged, please contact our concierge team at warehouse@karengee.com within 7 days of delivery.
All faulty item claims will be assessed by our team to determine the appropriate next steps. Where a garment is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
All sale purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or credit notes for change of mind on sale items.
If an item is received damaged or is deemed faulty, please contact our concierge team within 7 days of delivery. Faulty item claims will be assessed by our team to determine the appropriate next steps. Where a garment is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.
Promotional Sale Exclusions
No store credits, discounts, promotional codes, or special offers may be used in conjunction with Black Friday or other promotional sale events. All promotional pricing is final and cannot be combined with any other incentives, including previously issued store credits, loyalty rewards, referral discounts, or third-party promotions.
