Ready To Wear Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment:

We commit to processing Ready To Wear (RTW) orders within 2 working days, ensuring thorough preparation before dispatch. Excluding all Pre-Order items which will be delivered in the specified time stated when purchased.

Shipping Details:

  • East Coast Australia: Delivery expected within 1-2 days.
  • Western & South Australia: Allow 4-5 days for delivery.
  • International Orders: Anticipate 7-10 days for delivery.
  • If you are needing your order at speed, please select express delivery.

Address Details:

Please verify that billing and shipping addresses are accurate, as redirection is unavailable. The billing address must align with your credit card statement.

Order Confirmation:

Upon shipment, a confirmation email with tracking details will be dispatched for your reference.

Delivery Estimates:

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. While we aim for prompt dispatch, be aware that delays may occur in remote locations or due to adverse weather conditions.

Made To Measure Shipping Policy

All garments from KG are individually produced. When opting for a standard size garment, your order will be dispatched within 28 days.

If you decide on a made to measure garment, your toile fitting will typically be in 21 days, it will then be sent back to Sydney head office, altered and completed within 14 days.

Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that we will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

Once dispatched, orders  on the East Coast of Australia will take between 1 to 2 days for delivery, Western & South Australia will take 4-5 days while international orders may take from 5-7 days.
