At Karen Gee, our Made to Measure garments are crafted specifically for you, reflecting your unique measurements and preferences. Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns. However, our dedicated team is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Our Commitment to You:

  1. Faulty Items: If you believe your garment is faulty, please contact our concierge at warehouse@karengee.com. We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, we will provide a complimentary postage label for you to return the item. Upon receipt and verification of the fault, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. Fit Adjustments: In the rare instance that your Made to Measure garment does not fit as expected, our team will work closely with you to make the necessary adjustments. We strive to ensure your garment meets your expectations and fits perfectly, if you have signed a toile acceptance form, you have accepted the fit, and therefore further adjustments may incur an extra charge, to the discretion of our team.

Important Guidelines:

  • Proof of Purchase: All concerns must be accompanied by proof of purchase for validation.
  • Original Condition: The garment must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered, or laundered.
