To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required. This amount is fully redeemable against any purchase made during your visit. As appointments are limited, the deposit allows us to reserve dedicated time for you and minimise last-minute cancellations.

Showcase Appointment Terms & Conditions
A $100 service fee is required to secure your showcase appointment. This fee reflects the dedicated time and personalised service reserved for you.
The $100 is fully redeemable against any purchase made during your appointment. Should you choose not to make a purchase on the day, the amount will be issued as a store credit for future use.
We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event, with the $100 retained as store credit.
As this is a limited, two-day event, appointment times may be subject to adjustment up to one week prior to the showcase. Our team will notify you should any changes be required.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment, as well as non-attendance, will result in the forfeiture of the $100 service fee.

Our Made-to-Measure style fittings are a personalised experience, created especially for you and offered by appointment only.
To ensure we can dedicate the appropriate time and care to each client, we kindly ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is provided should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Made-to-Measure garments are individually created to your specifications and are therefore final sale once production has commenced.
Any timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability and production scheduling. We will always keep you informed throughout the process.
In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer priority rebooking.
