Yes, and very popular with all customers of Karen Gee. This would fall under a custom KG Garment. We would gather all of your measurements, and implement these measurements into your unique Karen Gee selection.
We have a five week turnaround for all standard and customised garments. Bespoke – depending on the design may take a little longer, but we will always work in with you and your timeline.
The Premium fabric, has been uniquely and exclusively been created for our Brand. After many years of trialling fabrics, and working with thousands of KG Customers, we ended up developing a fabric that works with all body types. A slight two way stretch for comfort, and the fabric is flattering to every female form.
We are here to guide you at any time. A video call can be organised with the team, and they will guide you through the process. You can also go to your local tailor to have the specific measurements taken.
That is what we are here for. To guide you through what styles would suit your body type, and we listen to what you feel confident wearing, and make choices for you from this information. A video conference can be organised at any time to fit in with your busy schedule.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. All Karen Gee garments are produced as they are ordered. We have very strict guidelines in place to ensure your garment is to what you ordered, and that they are perfect.
As soon as a dress is ordered online, a team member will connect with you to ensure your order has been taken correctly. If it is a made to measure (custom), we will ensure we have all of your measurements, and will coordinate the dress to go to you completed, or alternatively, we will organise a fitting at your local tailor – who will be authorised to do the fitting for you. At the fitting (which is included in the MTM Price), the tailor will ensure length and size are perfect (to your measurements), and any changes we will make at our Production House. In most cases, the first fitting, we do not insert the zip, as we want to ensure the garment is a perfect fit prior to placing in the finishing touches. Once you have the first fitting, the garment will be altered if required, and then despatched to your home address.
