Each appointment begins with a conversation. Before you arrive, we’ll prepare a curated presentation designed around your preferences, from colour and cut to the styles that best suit your lifestyle or upcoming events.
 
Enjoy a calm, one-on-one fitting experience with our senior stylists, and explore our luxury collection at your own pace.

Whether you’re overseas or in a different state, you can still experience the art of Made to Measure from anywhere.
Introducing our Virtual Made to Measure Appointments— a seamless way to connect with our team and begin your custom journey from the comfort of your home.

Our Made-to-Measure style fittings are a personalised experience, created especially for you and offered by appointment only.

To ensure we can dedicate the appropriate time and care to each client, we kindly ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is provided should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Made-to-Measure garments are individually created to your specifications and are therefore final sale once production has commenced.

Any timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability and production scheduling. We will always keep you informed throughout the process.

In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer priority rebooking.
