Our pieces are made using high-quality bonded fabrication. Professional dry cleaning is essential to maintain the garment’s structure, colour, and finish.Avoid machine washing, hand washing, soaking, or steaming directly on seams.
We commit to processing Ready To Wear (RTW) orders within 2 working days, ensuring thorough preparation before dispatch.
Shipping Details:
- East Coast Australia: Delivery expected within 1-2 days.
- Western & South Australia: Allow 4-5 days for delivery.
- International Orders: Anticipate 5-7 days for delivery.

Ready-To-Wear Returns
Karen Gee does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Eligible Ready-To-Wear items may be returned for a credit note valid for 12 months or exchanged for an alternative size or style, subject to the conditions below. Credit notes are issued once returned items are received and approved.
To initiate a return for a credit note or exchange, please contact our concierge at warehouse@karengee.com or submit a request via our Returns Portal. A complimentary return postage label will be provided.
All returns must include proof of purchase.
Returned items must:
- Be in original condition with all tags attached
- Not have been worn, altered, or laundered
- Include all original packaging
- Be returned within 28 days of purchase
Garments with a label stating “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned” are non-returnable once the tag has been removed.
Items purchased using a credit note are not eligible for return.
