1. General
My Infinity Privilege is Karen Gee’s rewards program that we offer to our customers.

These Terms, together with the Website Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws or regulations, govern Karen Gee Pty Ltd, and you should read these carefully.
If you join My Infinity Privilege, you agree and consent to receiving communications from us via email, SMS, mail and push notifications (unless you have opted out).

2. Joining My Infinity Privilege
Joining Infinity Privilege is simple. You can join by:

  • Clicking “Sign-up” on the Karen Gee website;
  • Or creating an account with us in-store.

Joining the privilege is free, and there are no fees to continue as a member. But, to earn any rewards, you will need to make Eligible Purchases of Karen Gee products.

3. Benefits of joining My Infinity Privilege
The Benefits offered to members at each level of membership change from time to time. We publish the details of the current rewards on the Karen Gee website and in our frequently asked questions on the Karen Gee page. Please make sure that you check the website from time to time so that you know what Benefits may be available to you.

4. How My Infinity Privilege levels work
The different My Infinity Levels include, Intern, Executive and CEO. You can reach the levels by making Eligible Purchases as defined below.

Eligible Purchases means the purchase of products by you from Karen Gee stores and online made in accordance with these Terms, but excludes:

  • Any non branded product available in the Karen Gee store.
  • Any booking fees paid when you book a service or event.
  • Made to Measure products

Only your Eligible Purchases count in determining your My Infinity Level. You cannot get the benefit of the purchases that anyone else makes.

5. How we calculate your spend
We calculate your My Infinity spend by reference to the date you reached your current Privilege spend (referred to as your Anniversary date). Your My Infinity anniversary is the period commencing on your My Infinity Anniversary Date and ending 182 days later (6 months).

Your My Infinity includes all Eligible Purchases during your spend period.
If, after you make an Eligible Purchase, you obtain a refund or reimbursement for any products purchased from Karen Gee, an adjustment will be made to your My Infinity for the amount refunded or reimbursed.

If required, we will upgrade your My Infinity Level as soon as one of our reviews shows that you have reached the required level and your My Infinity level will be changed accordingly. But we will only downgrade your My Infinity Level at the times set out in the paragraph below.

We review your My Infinity Level at the end of every anniversary date, to see if it should be adjusted to a lower Level. If you have not maintained the amount of Spend required for your My Infinity Level in your Spend Period, we will:

  • adjust your My Infinity Level to reflect your current Level based on your My Infinity Spend; or
  • if you have not met the Spend for My Infinity Level 1 in the Spend Period, your My Infinity level will remain, however, there will be no Rewards until you complete a purchase to achieve Level 1.

6. Changes to your details or communications preferences
You need to tell us if you want to make any changes to your details or if you want to update or customise your communications preferences.

You can make changes to your details by logging into your account on the Karen Gee website or contacting our customer care team here. If you speak to one of our team members, you must also provide acceptable identifiable information to change your membership details.

You can opt out, update or customise your communications preferences by:

  • clicking the unsubscribe link contained in promotional emails;
  • contacting our customer care team here.

If you select not to receive any communications from us at all, you will not be notified of any Benefits by email. You will still be able to ask in-store about Rewards you may be entitled to.

Karen Gee is not responsible if you don’t notify us of any changes to your details or any changes you make to your communications preferences, which may result in you not obtaining any Benefit or the loss or downgrade of My Infinity Privilege Level.


7. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We keep these Terms on the Karen Gee website, so it is easy for you to access them.

We try not to change these Terms too often, but sometimes we need to, for example, if the law changes. When we change these Terms, we will put the updated version on the Karen Gee website and update the date set out above. If the change is significant, we will provide you prior notice.

If you continue to use your My Infinity Privilege membership after we change these Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changed Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your My Infinity Privilege membership at any time.

9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales, Australia.
