New York | Half Bonded Crepe
A lighter interpretation of our signature structured crepe. New York is half bonded, giving the fabric beautiful body and shape while allowing greater softness and movement. It provides a refined balance between structure and ease, making it ideal for elevated everyday dressing, tailoring and silhouettes that require definition without the weight of our Premium fabrication.

Our most structured fabrication. Premium is a luxurious double bonded crepe with a substantial weight that beautifully holds its shape and creates the signature Karen Gee sculpted silhouette. Ideal for tailored dresses and pieces where definition, polish and a flawless finish are paramount.
London | Non-Bonded Crepe
Our lightest and most fluid crepe. London is non-bonded, creating a softer handle with beautiful drape and movement while retaining the polished finish synonymous with Karen Gee. Lightweight and comfortable against the body, it is perfect for warmer climates, travel and effortless silhouettes where ease and femininity are key.

Ready-To-Wear Domestic Returns
Karen Gee does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Eligible Ready-To-Wear items may be returned for a credit note valid for 12 months or exchanged for an alternative size or style, subject to the conditions below. Credit notes are issued once returned items are received and approved.
To initiate a return for a credit note or exchange, please contact our concierge at warehouse@karengee.com or submit a request via our Returns Portal. A complimentary return postage label will be provided.
All returns must include proof of purchase.
Returned items must:
- Be in original condition with all tags attached
- Not have been worn, altered, or laundered
- Include all original packaging
- Be returned within 28 days of purchase
Garments with a label stating “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned” are non-returnable once the tag has been removed.
Items purchased using a credit note are not eligible for return.
International Returns
For all international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of return shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, courier fees, duties, taxes, and any associated charges incurred during the return process.
Returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Any returns that arrive without appropriate documentation or with unpaid duties and taxes may be refused and returned to the sender.
Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged and meet our return eligibility requirements. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
