Ready-To-Wear Items
Subject to these stipulations, you have the option to return your KAREN GEE RTW garments, and in turn, receive a credit note valid for 1 year. It is imperative to note that refunds will only be considered if the goods are determined to be faulty.
To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to our concierge at warehouse@karengee.com or start return process using our RETURN PORTAL. Upon contact, we will furnish you with a complimentary postage label. Upon the successful receipt of your return, we will promptly initiate a credit note to your account.
For exchanges related to size adjustments or changes of preference, you may opt to return the item, facilitating a credit that empowers you to make a distinct purchase for your desired item.
